Homemade Mango Liqueur

STEP 1 EQUIPMENT Sterilize a glass jar, a lid, spoon, and a cutting board.

STEP 3 MANGOES: Cut the mangoes into cubes.

STEP 4 TOASTING: Toast the star anise until fragrant.

STEP 5 LIME PEEL: Slice four 2-inch pieces of lime peel

STEP 6 MIX: Add all the ingredients to a glass jar.

STEP 7 SIMPLE SYRUP: Mix together 1/4 cup sugar with 1/4 cup water .

STEP 8 FINIISHING: Strain and sweeten to your taste!
