      Congratulations, Alonna. The Top 20 Dishes in India eCookbook is a work of art and inspiration. The recipes you selected for inclusion should be part of every adventurous cook's repertoire. It's a magnificent resource for all of us who believe preparing Indian food is too difficult and even scary.
