    Indianish Winter Cookies

    Published: Dec 8, 2020 · Modified: Jun 1, 2021 by Alonna

Indianish Winter Cookies ~ 6 Indianish cookies perfect for the holidays
Here are 6 Indian spiced winter cookies that run from cardamom shortbread to spicy chocolate treats. Three of them are gluten-free, and all of them memorably delicious!

It is exciting to have MyIndianStove around long enough to have six Indian spiced winter cookie recipes. My favorite is the last one we published just last week, our spicy chocolate cookies with just enough Kashmiri red chili to add some fruity umami. All my cookies are a favorite for a reason. The almond flour chocolate chip cookies are gluten-free revelations; no missing wheat flour here. And my two versions of coconut cookies hit all the flavor AND dietary notes with just the right crunch and chew. Let’s not forget the oh-so-pretty, tender cardamom shortbread that will be welcome at any holiday table.

    Happy cooking!
