    Salad Recipes

    As we know it, green salads are not a part of an Indian meal, but many delightful cold dishes fit this category. There are many varieties of raita (a yogurt-based side), chaats (a street food favorite), and the ubiquitous tomato and cucumber salad (kachumber) as examples.
