    Indian Spice (Masala) Mixes

Beautiful Indian spice mixes are the backbone of Indian cuisine. Each region, state, and even stove has its go-to combination of whole or ground spices that are used in many dishes. Make aromatic Kerala or Goan masalas, for example.

Spice powders are also used for specific dishes. Think tandoori, biryani, or chaats. I hope you will explore the regions of India through their captivating flavors.
