    Instant Pot Recipes

    A pressure cooker of any type is a boon to Indian cooks. Even with a weeknight, throw everything in the pot method, results in a surprisingly satisfying curry, rice, dal, and vegetable dish. Besides my popular vindaloo, and butter chicken recipes, remarkable is a Kerala-style shrimp (prawn) biryani and a comforting chicken korma.

    Served in a green glazed bowl garnished with a flutter of cilantro and a sided of 3 small green chilies.

    30-Minute Instant Pot Chicken Vindaloo ~ Goan-Style
