    Noodles and Pasta

    Indo-Chinese dishes are wildly popular in India. Especially vegetarian noodles using readily available packets of Chinese-ish dried egg noodles. These make a welcome boon to mothers and kids alike, as noodles are quick and easy to make. Also, look for comforting Italian pasta recipes with Indian flavors for an exciting change of pace. A favorite Indo-Italian mashup is my Indian spaghetti bolognese.
