    Seafood

    With many miles of coastline, seafood is very popular in India. These recipes easily adapt to the fish and shellfish that you have access to. And as with all food in India, the ingredients and spices used will vary from region to region.

    Besides the satisfyingly full-flavored recipes, another advantage to cooking seafood is how quick and easy they are to make. Try some regional seafood recipes like a Goan prawn curry, Coconut Fish Curry Kerala-style, or a spicy Bengali chingri posto.

    Served on top of Goan rice and drizzled with reduced marinade.
