    Kerala Recipes

Coconut is king in Kerala for both vegetarian and meat-based recipes. This coastal state also loves its seafood. Some of the most popular recipes are a prawn biryani, Kerala-style fish curry with coconut, Kerala chicken curry, and delicious but no-fuss vegetable dishes. Last but not least is a rich and mouth-watering beef curry.

Start with my slow-baked salmon curry which is easy and so delicious.  Especially loved is a style of vegetable dishes called thoran. Try my cabbage stir-fry in this category and also a comforting potato curry recipe.
