    The Indian West Coast state of Goa is known for cooking influenced by the Portuguese's 500-year sojourn. The most famous Goan curry dishes are a vibrant pork or chicken vindaloo, chicken curry with coconut (chicken xacuti), and easy rich beef curry is all not to be missed.
