    Quick Indian Recipes

    While Indian food has a reputation of being hard to make requiring long stints in the kitchen.  Like any cuisine that are quick weeknight recipes and then the longer project cooks that require more time.

    My website has 57 (and counting) recipes that take 30 minutes or less and are easy to make. These range from sweets (mango fruit custard~ amarkhand), biryani (Kerala-style shrimp), vindaloo, chutneys (green), salads (kachumber), noodles (Sichun), raita (tomato), rice (lemon ~ chitranna), potato dishes (masala), vegetarian (palak paneer),  fish (Kerala molee), and dals (coconut lentil curry ~ Kerala parripu) are just a few examples in each category.
