    Vegetarian Recipe

    Indian cuisine has the world's best vegetarian food. Religious strictures and the expense and at times, scarcity of meat or poultry means that millions of Indians are exclusively, or mostly vegetarian. Expect hundreds of very special rice dishes, many ways to dress up cabbage, soups, dals, curries, and endless dinner ideas. 

    Indian sweets are a great specialty and appetizers and street foods all are a welcome daily indulgence. And most foods are made with an eye to cooking and eating healthy meals. Even meat-based dishes have suggestions on how to tweak the ingredients to give you a delicious vegetarian option.
